Its mission will be to read with the best possible performance (speed and distance) any type of transport title, no matter if it is a RFID card, a cardboard with magnetic stripe, a or a 2D barcode –printed or directly sent by SMS on the smartphones of the passengers.
Because they will have to control hundreds or thousands of tickets every day, our electronic ticket puncher offers a very lightweight pocket sized solution that smartly integrates the best of breed RFID, 2D barcode and magstripe readers. Thanks to the selection of the best components available on the market and the talent of our antenna “cutters”, our product will achieve outstanding reading performances.
To push the competitive gap of this product even further, this device runs Windows CE 5.0 Operating System, has a 2,7" touch screen, WiFi and Bluetooth communication modules. These features allow the product to support some light software applications in addition to the basic ticket inspection. It will easily be connected to external 3G+ modems or smartphones and run more complex applications.
The electronic ticket puncher of Coppernic is the perfect device to achieve massive inspections in a very fast a reliable way. Thanks to its ergonomics and its reading capabilities, the overall efficiency and ease of use of the ticket inspectors will be significantly increased. Every piece of information related to the inspection is then synchronized with the Company Information System without any further manual input.
